Hikes
Chasm Lake, Estes Park CO -
Not far east of Fort Collins, this hike is accessible and has great variety of scenery, including the ice/snow melt streams, lakes and waterfalls coming down from Longs Peak (14000')

Black Canyon of Gunnison CO -
The Canyon river is 2000' below the rim and all the trails seem to cover that elevation change in little over a mile. This hike is steep and loose so be ready. The challenge only adds to the beauty
